Cut 1 small cauliflower into flowerets and cook in boiling salted (optional) water until tender. Drain. Toss in yogurt and serve topped with toasted muesli.
Chop and cook cauliflower and whole snow peas until tender. Cool. Add chopped and seeded tomatoes, green shallots and thinly sliced Spanish onion and 1/2 red capsicum. Sprinkle with salad dressing and chopped pecans.
